You can use Noora to collect feedback from multiple sources - whether it is your users, visitors to your co-working space or your own company employees.

Everything starts from your Noora workspace. You should make sure you add your company logo and branding to make it your own.

The next step is to create feedback boards. We've created your first feedback board for you - called "Feature Requests". Here's some examples of boards you could create:

  • Feature Requests - gather feature requests from your users to help shape your roadmap.
  • Bug Reports - collect bug reports from your users.
  • Internal - create a private board and gather feedback from your team. All feedback will stay private within your organization.
  • Integrations - see which tools you should consider building an integration for by asking your users to suggest their favorites.
  • New Feature Beta - collect feedback and bug reports when rolling out a beta to certain users.

You can also ask clarifying questions - dive into the underlying reasons for the feedback and learn which pain points the user actually has.
