Thanks for signing up to your free 14 day trial of Noora - the only tool you'll need to collect feedback from your users and internal teams, and start building better products.
We've created some posts to help you get started.
You can use Noora to collect feedback from multiple sources - whether it is your users, visitors to your co-working space or your own company employees.
Everything starts from your Noora workspace. You should make sure you add your company logo and branding to make it your own.
The next step is to create feedback boards. We've created your first feedback board for you - called "Feature Requests". Here's some examples of boards you could create:
Feedback often comes in via email, support tickets or other channels. With this in mind, Noora also supports the gathering of insights, which can later be linked to feature requests. To make the gathering of insights as easy as possible, we also have a Chrome browser extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/noora/ifcbmggbbplhmkodfneehpoakkdcohch) - simply highlight the feedback you want to capture and hit Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+Y, and the extension will take care of the rest.
Now that you've started gathering feedback - either from your users or your own team internally - it is time to start building your roadmap.
Your roadmap is automatically generated based on the statuses that you assign posts. For users on the Pro plan, you can customize the statuses to match your own workflow. Have a specific stage you want to communicate? Simply create a status and assign it to the posts you want to visualize there.
You can also optionally share an ETA for when a feature is likely to reach your users.
To jump to your roadmap, click on Roadmap on the sidebar.
When you release a new version of your product or ship new features, you can write a post in your Changelog and link to the feedback that has been addressed. Everyone who has voted for that feedback will be automatically notified - a great way to close the loop and reward your users for their feedback 🎉
Head over to Changelog on the sidebar to take a closer look.
If you are using Intercom, Slack or Jira Cloud, you can integrate Noora with these tools with a few clicks.
To get started, or read more, click on Settings on the sidebar and then Integrations.
Now you've learnt the basics of Noora, the next step is to start collecting feedback. You can either add feedback yourself, or let users add feedback themselves.
The fastest way to get started is to add a "Feedback" link to your website or in your app. For more advanced integrations, you can also re-use your existing app user accounts via SSO tokens. Detailed instructions can be found at Settings > SSO.
